For this maintenance, we are excited to share that CrowdTwist is migrating our Sandbox environment to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). OCI offers best in class security, improved scalability, availability, performance, significantly reduces the need for scheduled maintenance, improving the availability of the CrowdTwist platform and internal end-to-end support for CrowdTwist. This migration will not impact any of your existing integrations, configurations or CrowdTwist access. The only action we need for you to take is to re-authenticate domain(s) prior to the migration, and we will follow up with detailed instructions for your network admin to enter updated domain information to your DNS settings.

Your maintenance is scheduled for the following estimated timeframe. During the maintenance, your Oracle Cloud services will not be accessible. We will notify you as soon as your environment becomes available.
